Who is Allan Ahlberg? ( Ayvacık Anatolian High School, Türkiye)



Allan Ahlberg is a British author of children's books. He was born on June 5, 1938, in Croydon, England. Ahlberg is best known for writing picture books, often in collaboration with his late wife, Janet Ahlberg. Together, they created beloved works such as "Each Peach Pear Plum," "Peepo!," and "The Jolly Postman." Ahlberg's books are known for their humor, engaging storytelling, and distinctive illustrations. He has won numerous awards for his work, including the Kate Greenaway Medal.
